It brings me such joy to learn and create food that will last. Whether it's bottled, frozen, dehydrated, fermented, I love it all.
Do you feel drawn to learning how to preserve your own food? Are you sad that you didn’t learn from your grandma or mom? No worries. I got you! I wasn’t able to learn from my Grandma Anna (my namesake) but I did learn some from my mom canning raspberry jam and pressure canning salmon as a kid growing up in Alaska.
